Terms of Service 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to ANGNETWORK. By entering or using ANGNETWORK, you are consenting to be bound by ANGNETWORK TERMS OF SERVICE. ANGNETWORK reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without notice. If you disagree these terms, conditions, and notices, do not enter or use ANGNETWORK. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE ANGNETWORK currently provides users with access to a collection of web-based resources and information including forums, reviews, news and user-contributed articles, polling and price index amongst other services provided by ANGNETWORK, which may change from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features added to the aforementioned services will also be subject to the TERMS OF SERVICE. It is your responsibility to obtain access to the World Wide Web which may involve third party fees (e.g. Internet service provider). You are responsible for those fees and the equipment necessary to access the services provided by ANGNETWORK. 3. TERMINATION You agree that ANGNETWORK may, at its own discretion and without prior notification, terminate your ANGNETWORK membership or any associated accounts, and access to the Service. Further, you agree that ANGNETWORK shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. 4. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold ANGNETWORK, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the content you submit, your connection and use of the services provided by ANGNETWORK, your violation of the Terms of Service, or violations of the rights of another. 5. MEMBER CONDUCT You understand that any content, including all information, data, text, graphics, sound, and other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the user from which the content originated. This means that you may be held legally liable for any content you transmit via ANGNETWORK. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ANGNETWORK be liable in any way for any content made available via the Service. By way of example, and not restricted to, you agree that you will not: (a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (B) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not restricted to, a ANGNETWORK executive, committee member, forum leader, another member other than yourself, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; © upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law including, but not restricted to, materials which infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party (d) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose; (e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; (g) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, and any regulations having the force of law; (h) "stalk" or otherwise harass another or do anything which violates the rights of other members. In addition, you acknowledge that ANGNETWORK does not pre-screen any contents posted by members, but that ANGNETWORK and its designees shall have the right to refuse, remove or move any content that is made available via ANGNETWORKN. You also acknowledge that ANGNETWORK may disclose any content or membership information to third parties under certain circumstances such as: (a) to comply with legal process; (B) enforce the Terms of Service; © respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ANGNETWORK, its users and the public. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES You acknowledge that the content made available on ANGNETWORK may include inaccuracies, typographical, harmful, offensive, indecent or objectionable materials. As such, your use of service is at your sole risk. Content on ANGNETWORKare provided "as is" and ANGNETWORK disclaims warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not restricted to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ANGNETWORK does not warrant or guarantee that the service provided will (a) meet your requirements and (B) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (2) the content made available will be (a) accurate or reliable, (B) free of infection (e.g. Virus or Trojan horses) or © free of materials which may be offensive, obscene or objectionable. It is the sole responsibility of the user to execute anti-contamination software or take the necessary steps to ensure that the content will not be downloaded or damage the user's information or system. In no event shall ANGNETWORK be liable to any party for any damages including but not restricted to, any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, loss of profits and savings and the like), or any other damages arising - in any way, shape or form - out of the availability, use, reliance on, inability to utilize or improper use of the services provided by ANGNETWORK even if ANGNETWORK have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusions of incidental and consequential damages may not apply to you. 7. GENERAL INFORMATION The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and ANGNETWORK and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ANGNETWORK. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other GHOST EVOLUTION services, third-party content or third-party software. The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and ANGNETWORK shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and ANGNETWORK agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Republic of Singapore. The failure of ANGNETWORK to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms of Service must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

(g) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, and any regulations having the force of law;

(h) "stalk" or otherwise harass another or do anything which violates the rights of other members.

In addition, you acknowledge that ANGNETWORK does not pre-screen any contents posted by members, but that ANGNETWORK and its designees shall have the right to refuse, remove or move any content that is made available via ANGNETWORKN.
