Target: 4 Casting speed: Fast Skill cool down time: quite ok SP cost: 280 at level 20 Additional effect: Freezing Attack enemy with ice boulder and there's certain rate to stun enemy in another animation, only 1 ice boulder is shown, they are actually 4, their positions depend on monsters Level 74 General Holy Light Damage: 0 on monsters, 1 on players Target: 1 Casting speed: Faster than Dragon Strike, slower than Frozen Lands Skill cool down time: Longer than Dragon strike SP cost: 440 at level 20 Additional effect: Stun Stun enemy at certain rate not so useful, at least for me.. You need 100 Sturdy feet and 100 Sharp Fangs to finish the quest for this skill Level 80 Fan Blizzard Damage: Slightly lower than Double Thunder Target: 4 Casting speed: Slightly slower than Double Thunder Skill cool down time: Long SP cost: 560 at level 20 Additional effect: Knock back Summon a circle of magmas to damage enemies Target is too far or too high from you? you can run and jump after the skill is casted, in about 1 second time You need to kill 100 hollow men in kl tower for the quest Level 80 Staff Raging Typhoon Damage: Supposedly to be pretty high Target: 1 Casting speed: Fast Skill cool down time: Long SP cost: 560 at level 20 Additional effect: Slow down enemies' movement speed Increase attack of character and there is certain rate to lower enemy's movement speed and the monster with the slow effect: You need 100 forgetful powders to finish the quest for this skill
